หลักการและเหตุผล : Care for HIV/AIDS naïve in the first year-Antiretroviral Treatment-period is crucial for reducing the rate of mortality in HIV/AIDS patients. The supports for people with HIV/AIDS – physical and mental restoration as well as health behaviour and a prevention of HIV transmission in a long-term – are needed to help these people get through this important stage. As a result, the health promotion programme has been developed for adults with HIV/AIDS; this programme is believed it could improve these people with AIDS in the first stage within the context of local hospital. This present programme, Health-Promoting Model (HPM), is a structure to promote health by emphasize on Life style Health-Promoting Behaviors in people with HIV/AIDS during receiving treatment at the hospital and living at their homes.
วัตถุประสงค์ : This is One Group Pretest-Posttest Quasi Experimental Research which aimed to study the effect of the health promotion programme for HIV/AIDS naïve in the first year-Antiretroviral.
กลุ่มเป้าหมาย : ผู้ป่วยเอดส์รายใหม่ระยะหนึ่งปีแรก (HIV/AIDS naïve in the first year-Antiretroviral therapy)
The research is consisted of counseling and the support of self-efficacy, nutrition, physical activity and exercise including interpersonal relation. The number of this group of people who secured Antiretroviral therapy (ART) in 2016-2017 was 6 people in one-year succession, and there was a monthly follow up in the first 6 months; there was a 3-month follow up in the 6 months later. This process was conducted by using the World Health Organization Quality of Life in Thai version (WHOQOL - BREF – THAI) to analyse information by means of descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage, means and non-parametric statistics Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test.

ผลการศึกษา : The research findings have shown that, firstly, this recent programme has improved HIV/AIDS naïve’s heath, with a statistical significance at 0.05. This result has been confirmed by an increase in their weight of the third month, accounting for 50%, and there was a weight increase (at least 10% of the initiated weight) in the twelfth month (66.66%). Furthermore, they were protected by Opportunistic Infection (OI) at 83.33%. Secondly, all of the patients indicated the means of life quality in the twelfth month in the medium level, and there was an improving significance at 0.05 when compared to before-receiving care. For suggestions, 1) the programme for promoting health in HIV/AIDS naïve in the first year-Antiretroviral should be employed by AIDS clinic nurses who have an understanding and knowledge of the disease and its stages; 2) the promotion of health in these patients have to be practiced with a particular care based on AIDS process and health behaviour change agreeing with the patients’ real lives, which will help them be healthier.
ข้อเสนอแนะ : There should be a study pattern that separates the patients who have tuberculosis.
